There was a trade issue in blue stapled wrappers issued also by Folder Editions. Alden published four issues of FOLDER magazine beginning in 1953, now quite scarce; an anthology A NEW FOLDER in 1959, as well as limited edition books for over nearly two decades. An important if under appreciated avant-garde poet.
